Editing Groups
You can edit the groups you have defined. You can change the name, remove or change entries or delete the entire group.
To edit the group list, select Edit->Groups from the TimeSprite menu.
To rename a group, click on the group to edit the name.
To delete members of a group or a group itself, select the items to be deleted and press the Delete key.
Notifications
You can set a reminder to notify you after you have worked on an activity for a particular time. You will receive the notification after the Notify After interval expires, and it will be repeated every Reminder Interval. Setting these to 0 will disable them.
Wildcards
You can use wildcards to assign window titles to groups. To create a wildcard entry, assign a group as normal in the Time window, then edit the new member of the group. There are 2 different wildcards you can use:
- * - Matches one or more of any character
- # - Matches one or more numbers.
