Data can be exported and imported to allow you to combine records from more than one computer.
Export/Import processes the time records only. This includes:

Exporting Data
Select the times you want to export in the main window, and select File->Export Data... from the menu. You will be prompted for a filename to use.
Importing Data
To import the data, select File->Import Data... from the menu. Choose the file containing the data, and select how you want to handle any duplicate times:
It is generally safe to import the same data multiple times - the duplicate entries will either not be imported or will replace the entries that were imported previously. The exception is if you have altered the imported data after importing, e.g. by adding notes or grouping the times, and you specify Replace. In that case your changes will be overwritten by the fresh import of the data.
